Domestic customers

We work for both companies and private clients. We are interested in all clients and projects, no matter how small they may be, because we believe that behind every project there is always a story that deserves to be heard and completed. Our versatility is the virtue of our creativity, making each project a new challenge.

Companies

They account for 40% to 50% of our customers. Our projects for companies are divided into a multitude of sectors and can be divided into the following:

• Refurbishment of premises for dental, aesthetic, podiatric or psychological treatment clinics, offices, bars and restaurants, as well as small businesses such as hairdressing salons, martial arts schools, music schools, tattoo centers, ice cream parlors, etc…
• Rehabilitation of historic, singular and ordinary buildings for projects such as housing developments in Zaragoza, rehabilitation of a palace for the headquarters of a media company in Borja, rehabilitation of a listed building for the location of a building of nine tourist apartments in Alicante, intervention in Caixaforum Zaragoza for the adaptation of its cafeteria-restaurant, rehabilitation of a school in Alicante, rehabilitation of the Hotel Almirante in Alicante, comprehensive reform of the NH Alicante hotel and reform of PRIMADOMUS facilities for the rehabilitation of exotic animals in Villena.

Associations or public entities

• Thanks to obtaining first prizes in various architectural competitions and professional references in the theoretical field we have been able to work for the CEIT (Centers of Experience and Tourist Interpretation of the Archipelago) of the Canary Islands, the City of La Muela, La Caixa Foundation, PRIMADOMUS (International Association of exotic animals), the COAA (College of Architects of Aragon), the University of Zaragoza, the University of Monterey TEC among others.

Individual customers and families

• Our work has been based on providing a home through architectural projects, renovation, rehabilitation and construction of modular and conventional houses to more than fifty families. We have carried out projects that have not exceeded a budget of 10,000 € as well as housing projects with budgets exceeding 1,000,000 €. What is important to us is the story behind each project, not how small or large the budget is.
