Casa con Alma follows a well-defined architectural strategy, in which the main entrance plays a key role in efficiently distributing the daytime areas, such as the kitchen, living room and dining room, from the nighttime areas. This careful planning ensures a harmonious and functional flow in the design of the house. The intervention is characterized by its simplicity, allowing to highlight and enhance the inherent charm of the attic. We have sought to preserve and highlight the original architectural elements, such as exposed beams, sloping ceilings and windows and skylights, which add character and personality to the space.

A sense of unity and cohesion has been created in the house through the integration of special furniture that surrounds and embraces the entire perimeter of the house from the kitchen to the bathtub in the master bedroom, resolving with a simple gesture the organization of the entire floor plan. Each piece has been chosen with the objective of generating a harmonious and balanced whole, reflecting the essence and character of Casa con Alma.

The architectural richness of the attic dwelling comes from the wooden beams, which have been restored and exposed with the aim of highlighting their charm, giving them a Nordic style that together with the choice of a continuous white floor adds a sense of brightness and spaciousness to the space. This combination of wooden beams and white flooring evokes the image of a sailboat sailing in a marine environment, creating a unique atmosphere that combines natural beauty with the comfort and warmth of a home.

In the rest area, there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom stands out for its open design, where the bathroom is harmoniously integrated into the space, surrounded by the perimeter furniture of the house.
The renovated bathroom offers a relaxing experience with a bathtub and sink in light tones, complemented by black accessories that create a pleasant contrast with the light blue furniture. This color combination creates a calm and serene atmosphere in the space.

Since the dwelling does not have enough space available the social space of the has been strategically designed to address storage needs. With this objective in mind, we proposed the incorporation of furniture that fulfills a double function: to serve as storage space and to play a fundamental role in the reception of visitors and as a place to stay. In addition to providing storage options, it also serves an important social function by serving as a bench or seat for residents and guests. In this way, the social space of the attic is transformed into a versatile and cozy area where people can meet, talk and enjoy moments of conviviality.

The kitchen area shares space with the living and dining room, but has been designed to have its own identity and functionality. Furniture has been integrated along the wall of the room, using light colors and black details that play a crucial role by acting as a delimiter or frame for the reddish tiling that acts as a backdrop highlighting the small upper cabinet.

This strategic design of Casa con Alma is found in the attention to detail in all the accessories and textures that complement it, which together with the zenithal lighting that bathes the spaces plays an important role highlighting the colors present throughout the house creating a sensory harmony throughout the place.
